What are you grateful for today?
We know it’s wise to write in a gratitude journal every day, we’ve heard this advice before, but the problem is that we don’t have time to write in a journal every night. Diaries seem so analogue. This process needs to be digital. Better yet, upload an image to match what you’re thankful for and your brain releases even more endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin chemicals. Come back to your posts of gratitude, especially on a hard day when you experienced adversity like we all do from time-to-time, and your gratitude posts have even more impact to you now than ever before.
