Suzy’s Story
For twelve years, Suzy climbed the corporate ladder. Good salary, good title — but every Sunday night came with the same heavy feeling. Her passion project sat untouched, and her two kids were growing up faster than her calendar allowed her to notice.

At Joy+, your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect. When you use Joy+, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, profile details, and content you create in the app (gratitudes, visions, and AI images or videos).
How we use it. We use your information to run and improve the Joy+ experience: creating your personalized content, matching you with Coaches, and keeping the community safe. We never sell your personal information.
AI-generated content. Photos you upload to create AI images and videos are used solely to generate your content and are handled securely.
Coach matching. If you request a Coach match, the answers you provide may be shared with the recommended Coaches so they can serve you better.
Your choices. You can update or delete your account at any time from within the app, or by contacting us at info@joyplus.ca.

Welcome to Joy+. By using our app and services, you agree to these terms.
Your account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region) to use Joy+.
Your content. You own the content you create on Joy+ — your gratitudes, visions, and AI images and videos. By posting to the community, you give Joy+ permission to display that content within the platform.
Community standards. Joy+ is a positive space. Content that is hateful, harmful, or inappropriate may be removed, and accounts that violate these standards may be suspended.
Coaching. Coaches on Joy+ are independent professionals. Joy+ verifies Coaches through a qualification process, but coaching relationships and agreements are between you and your Coach. Joy+ is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Joy+ means you accept the updated terms.
